Day-to-day Itinerary

Day 1:Arrival Cairo

After you arrive in Egypt, our professional representative and private driver will warmly welcome you at Cairo International Airport, transfer you via our air-conditioned vehicle, all part of your 9 Day Egypt Tour.

They will assist with a smooth hotel check-in and review your detailed Egypt itinerary 9 days to ensure everything is perfectly arranged for your journey.

Day 2:Pyramids of Giza, Sphinx and Saqqara Tour

After you have your breakfast at your hotel, our tour guide will meet you and  dpart with you to the Giza Plateau to begin your tour with the legendary Giza Pyramids, including the Great Pyramid of Khufu, built over 23 years with about 3 million limestone blocks and aligned with the cardinal directions.

Then visit the Pyramid of Khafre, which appears taller due to its elevated position.

Continue to the Pyramid of Menkaure, built by Khufu’s grandson. It features a granite-covered base and three small pyramids behind it for royal family members.

Upon finishing your tour to the three pyramids of Giza, explore the Valley Temple, a 41-square-meter granite structure used for mummification, and see the remnants of the connecting causeway.

Standing before the Sphinx, you will feel the timeless mystery of ancient Egypt. this is the biggest sphinx in Egypt, carved from a single limestone block, representing King Khafre. It stands 21 meters high and 73 meters long.

Have a break to have Lunch at a good quality restaurant.

Continue to the Necropolis of Saqqara to see the Step Pyramid of King Djoser, the earliest stone pyramid ever built. Overnight in Cairo. You’ll also explore the tombs of Princess Idut and Kagemni, featuring detailed carvings of ancient Egyptian daily life.

After your amazing Giza plateau tour, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel afterward.

Day 3:Cairo City Tour – Egyptian Museum, Citadel, and Khan El-Khalili Bazaar

After your breakfast at your Hotel, start your day with a guided tour of the Egyptian Museum, home to the world’s most important collection of Egyptian artifacts, including the largest collection of pharaonic treasures, allowing you to experience the magic of ancient Egypt.

Day 7:Fly to Luxor – East Bank Tour – Cruise Embarkation

After you check out from your Cairo hotel, our representative will accompany you to the airport to catch a morning domestic flight to Luxor, where you will begin your Egypt Nile Cruise adventure.

As you arrive in Luxor, your Egyptologist guide will accompany you on a guided tour to the East Bank tour in Luxor starting by the  the magnificent Karnak Temple, dedicated to Amun-Ra and considered the largest religious complex in the world, with construction spanning from the Middle Kingdom to the New Kingdom.

Continue to Luxor Temple, built by Amenhotep III and expanded by Ramses II, Hatshepsut, and Tuthmosis III. It was dedicated to the Theban Triad: Amun, Mut, and Khonsu.

After your East Bank tour in Luxor, you will be transferred to your cruise ship with your guide. Enjoy lunch on board followed by some relaxing free time. In the evening, dinner will be served as you spend the night on board.

Day 8:Luxor West Bank Tour

In the morning, have your breakfast on board and be ready to start exploring ( with your tour guide )the West Bank of Luxor, starting with the legendary Valley of the Kings, the royal burial site chosen by the New Kingdom pharaohs to conceal their tombs. Over 60 tombs have been discovered there, including those of King Tutankhamun, Tuthmose IV, and Amenhotep II.

Next, visit the impressive Temple of Queen Hatshepsut  (Deir el-Bahari), built on three tiers into the cliffs of the Theban Mountains. The temple features detailed reliefs, including scenes of Hatshepsut’s expedition to the Land of Punt (modern-day Somalia), led by Egyptian commander Nehesy, to trade for ivory, incense, gold, gum arabic, and exotic trees.

Your final stop is at the towering Colossi of Memnon, two 20-meter-high statues of Amenhotep III, each weighing approximately 700 tons, built during the 18th Dynasty.

After your West Bank tour in Luxor, you will return to your cruise ship to enjoy lunch and some rest. In the evening, the cruise will begin sailing toward Edfu, while you will spend the night on board.

Day 6:Edfu & Kom Ombo Trip

In the morning, you will arrive in Edfu. After enjoying breakfast on board, join your private Egyptologist guide to explore the unique Temple of Horus in Edfu. Also called Edfu Temple, it is one of Egypt’s best-preserved ancient temples, hidden under desert sands for over 2,000 years. Built by Ptolemy III Evergetes in 237 B.C. and completed by his successors through Cleopatra VII, the temple was dedicated to the falcon-headed god Horus, symbolizing divine kingship and protection.

After your trip to Edfu Temple, return to your cruise as it continues sailing to Kom Ombo.

In the evening, you will arrive in Kom Ombo, where you will explore the magnificent Kom Ombo Temple, a rare double temple dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus the Elder. Its symmetrical design and stunning Greco-Roman architecture reflect the religious significance of each deity and the artistry of the Ptolemaic period.

After your tour to Kom Ombo, return to your Nile cruising Ship for having dinner and relaxing time as you sail towards Aswan.

Day 5:Abu Simbel Excursion - return to Aswan

On this day, you will have already arrived in Aswan. At 4:30 AM, enjoy a packed breakfast before setting off in your private, air-conditioned vehicle for a scenic 3 and a half hour drive to the magnificent Abu Simbel Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Egypt’s greatest architectural achievements.

Carved directly into the cliffs during the reign of Pharaoh Ramses II, these colossal rock-cut temples stand as eternal symbols of his power and devotion. The Great Temple is dedicated to Ramses II himself and the gods Amun-Ra, Ra-Horakhty, and Ptah, while the smaller Temple of Hathor was built in honor of his beloved wife, Queen Nefertari. Together, they represent both divine reverence and one of history’s most famous royal love stories.

After exploring this breathtaking site, return to your cruise ship in Aswan to enjoy lunch on board. Later in the evening, dinner will be served, and you will spend the night on board.

Day 4: Aswan Tour

Your day begins with breakfast on cruise, followed by check-out from your cruise ship. There you will meet our Egypt tour guide who will guide you to visit the High Dam, an engineering marvel of the 20th century. Begin with the Aswan High Dam, a modern engineering marvel built to control Nile flooding, enhance Egypt’s irrigation system, and boost agricultural productivity.

Next, you will head to visit the Unfinished Obelisk, which was carved in the mountain. it weighs 1150 tons and its height reaches to 42 meters. and finally explore the beautiful Philae Temple dedicated to the goddess Isis. Relocated to Agilkia Island to save it from the rising waters of Lake Nasser, the temple is one of Aswan’s most iconic attractions.

After completing your tour in Aswan, you will be transferred to Aswan Airport to catch your domestic flight back to Cairo.

The remaining balance can be paid up to two days before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, making you’re booking a risk-free investment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation after confirmation with payment before 30 days of the commencement of the tour: 10% of the value of the tour package.
  • Canceling the tour 30 to 20 days before commencement of the tour: 25% of the value of the package
  • Canceling 19-15 days before commencing the tour: 50% of the tour cost
  • Canceling 14-11 days before commencement of the tour: 75% of the tour cost
  • Canceling before 10 days or less before the tour date: No refund for the tour
